How the 24-hour service works and does it have some overcharge?
If the client requests service scheduled on a holiday or at night, there will be a 25% surcharge. If it's an emergency on a holiday or at night, the visit will have a 50% surcharge. Both services must be canceled in advance. If the work is approved after the visit, the work will have a 35% surcharge, and the visit will NOT be charged.
How do I identify the technician who will perform the work?
Once the service is registered, all service information is sent, including day, time, type of service, cost, and a 6-letter code. When the technician arrives at your property, he must provide the service code. Both codes must match.
Once the technician completes the service, do I need to sign any approval and satisfaction documents?
